A delegation from the Karbala Center for Research and Studies, affiliated with Imam Husain Holy shrine, visited Al-Zahraa University for women. The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of the University and its senior staff members. The two sides discussed ways and means to attain a new cooperation horizon between them to the benefit of the pathways of the two institutions. The discussions were focused on the provision of support to joint efforts in multiple fields including holding conferences, seminars, lectures as well as educational, cultural and intellectual workshops. Furthermore, the discussion also touched upon issues related to the organization of the scientific conference on the commemoration of the fortieth anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein \u201cArbaeen\u201d, which is observed by millions of people. It is noteworthy, that such event is one of the most important annual conferences that shed light on the scientific and educational aspects of Imam Husain cause.<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Karbala Center for Research and Studies is one of the institutions that are concerned with and interested in communal development and education. The center seeks through the extension of support to research and studies to address social, economic and population problems.
