Desirous to promote scientific and academic progress coveted by Al-Zahraa University for women, keep step with development in many developed countries in most important fields that serve the educational process in Iraq,<\/div>\n
Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of the University accompanied by<\/div>\n
Prof. Dr. Hawraa Hassan Abbas,<\/div>\n
Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs partook in the Fifth International Conference,<\/div>\n
held by the University of Technology\/Department of Electromechanical Engineering\/Baghdad,<\/div>\n
in cooperation with Al-Zahraa University for women,which was held in the Republic of Turkey in the presence of a number of official figures from the Republic of Iraq,<\/div>\n
foremost among them is the President of the University of Technology,<\/div>\n

Dr. Muzaffar Al-Zuhairi, representative of the President of Al-Mustakbal University, prof. Majeed Abdul Redha, Ambassador of Iraq to Turkey ,prof. Mohammed Salman Hamed, Consul of Iraq in Turkey Dr. Maysar Muhammad Yunus Al-Abadi, Cultural Attach\u00e9 in Turkey, prof. Dr. Shamous Demir, President of Aintep Islamic University, Prof. Dr. Walid Khaled Ibrahim, Dean of the faculty of Medical Technology at Al-Farahidi University and Dr. Fadel Al-Bahrani, Deputy Minister of Culture in Iraq, in addition to a number of university teaching staff members.<\/div>\n
The President of Al-Zahra University for women said in her statement during the conference:<\/div>\n
The University\u2019s vision is consistent with that of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in terms of the unshakeable faith in the worth of higher education and its crucial importance as a fundamental pillar for building advanced societies, notably the vital need of preparing learned and well informed female generations, armed with knowledge within the system of lofty human values.\nProceeding from this vision, we endeavor to be one of the leading universities locally and globally that offer advanced educational programs.<\/div>\n
Our strength is entirely derived from the sobriety of our message inspired<\/div>\n
inspired by the message of the Holy Shrine of Imam Hussein on the importance to prepare a conscious generation of females<\/div>\n
armed with knowledge and science within the lofty human value system and able to go with confidence and pride to attain outstanding successes. Additionally, we dedicate tireless efforts to achieve integrated academic progress based on firm foundations to provide a comprehensive and qualitative educational environment that remarkably stands out with confidence underpinned by grace and guidance from Allah Almighty (Lord of the worlds)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

For her part, Al-Sultani highlighted that considerable cooperation horizons will be opened with many universities in the Republic of Turkey, as auspicious addition for Al-Zahraa University for Women in terms of scientific and academic experiences exchange.<\/div>\n
The above is particularly true especially for the Faculty of Information Technology Engineering, which is one of the first created faculties in Iraq that keep pace with future technical developments.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

It is noteworthy that Al-Zahraa University for Women is one of the Iraqi universities that have stepped up considerable efforts to establish cooperation with reputable universities in many countries with a view to play a part in the acceleration of progress in science and knowledge.
