Under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine and the aegis of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, the University held Al-Zahraa third International Academic Forum for the Husseini camp, under the motto \u201cFrom Karbala\u2019s carnage to the slaughter of Al Aqsa\u201d<\/p>\n
The event took place on Tuesday, 20\/8\/2024, at the Sayyid Al-Awsiyas Hall in Al-Husseini Al-Sharif Mosque.<\/p>\n
The Forum began with verse recital from the Holy Quran delivered by Mr. Adel Al-Karbalai, followed by one minute silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs in addition to the recital of Surat Al-Fatihah. The Secretary-General of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, Hajj Hassan Rashid Al-Obaiji, gave a statement on the role of women in the uprising of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), succeeded by a relevant speech delivered by Prof. Dr Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, President of Al-Zahraa University for Women.<\/p>\n
An awareness lecture ensued on the observance of Imam Hussein Forty day morning anniversary presented by Deputy Secretary-General of Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, Dr. Alaa Diaa El-Din. A psychological counseling lecture was also presented by Dr. Rafah Al-Hakim.<\/p>\n
Ms. Zainab Fadel took the stage to recite a poem inspired by the occasion,<\/p>\n
