Department Director's Message\nThe Department of Studies and Planning is one of the most important administrative departments at the university level, as this department provides data and studies that serve the university's marching in achieving its vision and goals as well as, and its entry into international and local classifications as well as the Iraqi classification, this department was established in 2021 It began to perform the tasks entrusted to it from presenting studies and providing statistics in human and material resources, our hope is great that we will work hard and keen to perform our tasks with all honesty in service of our beloved Iraq and our dear university and God grants success<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Tasks<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Implementing the instructions and recommendations received from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research \/ Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up, Department of (Studies and Planning, Statistics and Informatics), following up the deanships of faculties and administrative departments to implement the procedures required by them, and sending correspondence via the Internet after archiving them electronically.<\/span><\/p>

The main tasks, which represent the broad lines of the department's work, are briefly as follows:<\/span><\/p>

  • Applying the Bologna track and activating it electronically in the faculties where the application of the track is approved.<\/span><\/li>
  • Update the annual calendar annually.<\/span><\/li>
  • Obtaining the original approvals for the creation and suspension of scientific departments and faculties in the morning and evening studies in coordination with the Secretariat of the University Council.<\/span><\/li>
  • Updating university statistics.<\/span><\/li>
  • Updating the database of teachers.<\/span><\/li>
  • Update the database of administrators.<\/span><\/li>
  • Admission plan for morning and evening preliminary studies.<\/span><\/li>
  • Statistics of students graduating from morning and evening studies<\/span><\/li>
